Seshadri HSS wins title |
With
two of their players scoring cent percent on their way to board prizes, Padma
Seshadri Bala Bhavan HSS, Chennai took the title in the inaugural CBSE National Chess
Championship that concluded at Nehru Stadium, New Delhi on Monday, Dec 20,1999.The winning team aggregated a massive 27.5
points out a maximum of 28 points to win
the tourney in a canter. Bhilai Nagar's English Medium Senior Secondary School came
second with 22.5 points while host Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, came third with 18.5 points.
