T V Karthikeyan of Loyola College bagged the first prize of Rs.4,000/- in the open category of the B Ravi memorial State-level open rapid chess tournament, conducted by the T Nagar Chess Academy, at the Sister Subbalakshmi memorial school. Mr V Kameshwaran, Vice President, Tamil Nadu Chess Association and Mr Thirukalathy, Joint Secretary, TNCA, gave away the prizes.
