Sri. Krishnaswamy Mat. Hr. Sec. School, K.K. Nagar won the third TI Cycles Inter School Chess Championship organised by the Thiruvallur District Chess Association at S.B.O.A. School & Junior College, Anna Nagar. A record number of 608 Students participated in the Tournament under different age groups of Boys and Girls from different parts of State. Prize Distribution function was presided over by Mr. R.G. CHOUDHURY, General Manager, TI Cycles of India, Mr. D.V. SUNDAR, Vice President, All India Chess Federation, distributed the prizes to the winners.
The 3rd TI Cycles of India Rolling Trophy was presented to the Students of Sri. Krishnaswamy Mat. Hr. Sec. School, K.K. Nagar, Chennai for the Best performance. Ten Cycles were distributed as prizes to the winners under age different categories of Boys and Girls. In all 90 Cups were distributed to the winners of the Tournament.
